Great service and very good food.Atmosphere was so great. I'm excited I found this place right on Riverwalk. Made for a perfect evening.

I think to date my partner and I have visited 4 times. Each visit we have had the same thoughtful and courteous waitress. The orders have always been accurate. We mainly come for the atmosphere. Sitting on the balcony right off the river on a warm spring/fall night is a perfect way to end the day. Drinks are not terribly expensive and food is moderately priced. We look forward to coming back on a very regular basis.

I always have the best service here,the food is on point, the atmosphere/view is hard to beat, and Blue Rose has the BEST chicken finger in town, hands down (and I've had them every place in town you can think of). Blue Rose has been a 'go to' hang out since the days they were in Brookside.

Love the burgers, the views from inside or outside on the river front deck and the live music!

Came to sit outside under the patio misters and have a Bloody Mary. When we were seated outside, I asked why the misters weren't on and the hostess had no idea what I was talking about. The table was tall, small, wobbly and covered in cobwebs underneath. Much too small for two people to share nachos let alone the four people its intended to seat. The Bloody Mary was decent, served with a lime, lemon and a single olive. It would be nice to see pickled asparagus or better yet pickled okra. The nachos were terrible. TERRIBLE! Thin layer of greasy chips entirely covered in greasy cheese with jalapeños. College dorm nachos are made with more flair than these grease bombs. Sour cream and guacamole are extra. We fished out a few chips from underneath the cheese blanket and left most of it on the plate. There's really no excuse for bad food in Tulsa anymore, even if it's only bar food.

Great view and ambience directly overlooking the Arkansas river. Short ride or long walk from downtown. Nice staff, confusing menu, Salmon says it can be blackened, server brought it grilled and said it is not available blackened, and then asked if she could take it back and blacken it! ????? Also strange that bus boy dumps the leftover drinks right over the rail and INTO the river! Do ducks like tea and soda? Hmm...nice, very 70s decor. No N/A beer for DD's. Nice riverside trail going right by to work off your meal! Walk, ride, or skate...

Burgers were above average. Cheese fries were fantastic. They offer lots of different drinks. They also have a deck with a view of the Arkansas River. The view is one of the main reasons I go. The service is decent. Would definitely suggest this place for a first date.

Great spot. AC inside is bad.. Very warm in summer, perfect outside in cooler weather.

Pricey until I saw how large the plate was. Food was good. Excellent view of the river.

We really enjoyed the food here. Not a huge menu to fish through which is nice. I got the fish tacos and my wife got the BLT. The portions of food were very generous for the price. The staff were very friendly and gave us great service. We ate outside by the river which made for a good view and made the kids happy. I highly recommend this place!

Food is awesome. Our waitstaff forgot to put in our order. Others seemed on top of their game though. Everyone was very nice zdx

Without a doubt Blue Rose Cafe has the best burgers, sandwiches and salads.Inside, the eclectic infused atmosphere of wall hanging artwork is as vidid in color as its random mix of the profoundly odd.Outside, a very pleasant riverside patio-deck dining with marvelous sunsets, and sometimes with actual water in the river.However, the very best part of dining at the Blue Rose are the waitresses and waiters who are so very personable, attentive, always courteous and ever smiling true to their “No Cry Babies” creed. This evening we were very well attended by Shannan, Alexis, Isaiah and to each we extend our hearty appreciation and thanks.

This is a great place to go on labor day. Motorcycle parking was right out front and the atmosphere was awesome. Music playing in good food and good beer on a hot day. Can't really beat that.

The location of this place is of course it's most attractive feature. Perched right over the Arkansas river it is the only place of it's kind in Tulsa, but the food is anything but unique.

Of course we're here at the Blue Rose Cafe a place where you can feel at home the courtesy to live for. The services the service here is like home Down Louisiana common courtesy with people showing love and affection taking part in the things that they are doing it to serve the customers. With a smile the intellect for the customers needs. And the respect you would have for yourself. So if you're down at the Blue Rose Cafe Stampy and have a great meal or lunch or dinner. But don't forget to let him know Dewayne give him a five-star.

Very friendly staff. The menu was a little short on things but the view & the outside seating makes up for it .. The prices are cheaper than i expected it to be ..

Great time and great food. The atmosphere alone is worth trip. Staff was great and drinks went down smooth.

Other than the prices for key and non-alcoholic beverages, I really like this place. The BLT was pretty good with lots of bacon and a nice sweet very bread. The atmosphere is relaxed and not overbearing with loud music. Overall, a decent place to visit for lunch.

The staff is incredibly wonderful...the food is so so. Having a drink while watching the sunset on their deck and listening to great music is why we like coming to the Blue Rose!

Good interesting food at a reasonable price. Including a couple of vegan and vegetarian selections. Hard to believe but no espresso. Wait staff very attentive yet not cloying. The setting in the garden is of course wonderful.

Nice little restaurant/bar on the Arkansas river and bike/walk path. Just North of the Gathering place. Good food, good drinks, and nice outside deck. Dog friendly also!

Awesome view from the patio! Staff was very nice and attentive. It was a bit of a rainy day but we still sat on the patio. We did not have any food, but we did enjoy some mixed drinks. Parking is easy and the place is located along the beautiful river front trails. Would love to come back and see some live music on the patio!

Amazing place in Tulsa! You can enjoy the view on the River, the food was delicious and my cocktail too! I was there Sunday for lunch and after a while we had live music too. I will definitely go back! It's already one of my favorite place in town. Friendly Stuff!

Beautiful river view. MORE than excellent service - very friendly, making sure that we had everything that we needed and gave us time to interact with each other! Wonderful evening!

That's a generous 2 stars. Pretty sure no air conditioner was pumping. Hubby's hamburger was thin and overcooked. Jalapeno chicken wings had zero heat and ranch dressing had the consistency of water so it would not stick to anything. This place is only operating because of the location. Love the view, hate the food. Will not be back. If the beer was colder, might come back for that. Our waitress was a sweetheart, Christina....2 kids , about 10 years old, came in on their bikes and asked for some water and heaven for bid, could not even get a cup of water, that was a disappointment for me. Bar rescue could come in and fix this place up a bit

Had lunch with two friends at 11 am. The food was full of favor. I had blackened chicken strips. It was a yummy fresh chicken breast cut into strips. I also had a crisp side salad with blue cheese dressing. The service was prompt and Brie did a great job. She was nice and did a great job keeping our glasses filled and did a get job making sure out meals were made the way we wanted. We definitely will go back.
